Enrolment

Completion of both the Enrolment Form and the Parent/Caregiver Agreement are essential for the joining process. The Printable Versions of these are available to the right.

Fees

Fulltime care: $54.00 per week, per child.
Part time care (four or less individual days): $12.50 per day, per child.

Fees are also charged for satutory holidays and teacher-only days that fall in term time.

Payment Methods and Terms

As a requirement of a membership, all fees are to be paid by automatic payment, which must be set-up with your bank in advance of the school term commencing.
Automatic payments continue throughout the year, including the school holidays. Once the full amount of fees has been received, the Treasurer will contact parents and the automatic payments can be suspended until the following school year.

Overdue Fees

If payments repeatedly dishonour, parents/caregivers will be asked to pay for a term in advance.
If fees remain unpaid after ten days, membership will cease and parents/caregiver will be liable for all fees incurred, including collection and legal fees.

If parents/caregivers are experiencing difficulties in meeting payments, they are expected to contact the Treasurer to discuss their circumstances.

Late Collection Fee

A Fee of $15.00 per 15 minutes, or part thereof, will be invoiced separately if children are collected after 5:45pm. This fee covers the extra staff wages that are incurred.
